1957 Chevy Bel Air Hot Rod

As mentioned in the video Marvin Meyer acquires this 1957 Chevy Bel Air Hard Top at the age of 15. He tweaks it a bit and becomes the car guy in school. After more than 45 years he is very happy to possess his first car ever, being able to perform a high end restoration and transform it into a show stopping hot rod.

Of course, Marvin’s 1957 Chevy Bel Air restoration was a long term project and it wouldn’t be possible without the help of his brother Jim – owner of Jim Meyer Racing Productions. The Meyer Bros have also built the immaculate Chevelle displayed next to the Tri-Five Chevy, but this hot rod was sold not long ago.

Attending various car shows Marvin Meyer’s 1957 Chevy Bel Air Hard Top was honored with a top 25 pick, then top 5 by his peers out of 2,800 cars and the last ’57 standing at the 2017 Tri Five Nationals.
